Imaging
When we look at different media, images capture our attention more than words do. The words are important, but if you want to get someone's interest, demonstrate a point or keep their attention, images and audio are the way to go [which, ironically, is presented as text]. While libraries of commercially available media exist, they may not reflect your product or service. We can fill that gap.
Our services include:
- still photography - with the ability to adjust images to bring out key details. The samples shown are just a few of the images we have worked with. NOTE: clicking on the link will open a new browser window; when you are finished viewing the images, use the window close button to close it.
- video clips - we can work with your images or take them and convert them into individual, downloadable clips, or organize a set of them into DVD's
- virtual objects - would your viewers [and your sales] benefit from being able to turn an object around and view it from different angles?
- panoramas - we can put the viewer into a scene and let them turn to view more detail than might be available in a single photo, the interaction gives them control over what they see [the interaction gives them more control than a video clip of the same material]. To view the panorama you will need Apple's Quicktime software. To work with the image, place your cursor within the window, click on it, and then move the cursor in the direction you want to view. Using the "+" and "-" controls, you can zoom in and out of the image. The image is an evening encampment of Civil War re-enactors taken in Groton Massachusetts during July 2005. A reduced size image of the full scene is shown below, the panoramic image starts on the right.
